discover our cocktailsKotel’naya was built by the team behind Noor Bar. The architect was Sergey Pokrovsky (Denis Simachev Shop&Bar, Noor Bar), who made the decision to keep the authentic tiles of the former boiler room of the Mius Tram Depot on the walls and preserve the heavenly height and airy feel of the 15-meter ceilings. In a separate VIP room under the roof, accommodating up to 20 guests, you can throw your own private party. The summer terrace, with soft furniture immersed in greenery that invites leisurely cocktail dinners, has also become very popular among visitors.

The bar team for Kotel’naya was assembled by the renowned Russian bar chef Marat Saddarov (Noor Bar, Bartender Brothers), and his colleague Vladimir Zhuravlev created the cocktail menu (all, traditionally, classics and twists on them). Both are true ambassadors of Russian cocktail culture and are genuinely famous worldwide.

Gourmets can immerse themselves in a world of delicacies with our tender salmon tartare and savor the taste of the flavorful duck leg served with silky roasted carrot cream and a bright lingonberry demi-glace. If you prefer steaks, you can be confident in the unrivaled tenderness and juiciness of our filet mignon with porcini mushroom sauce. Fish lovers certainly won’t be indifferent to our baked salmon with a white wine–based sauce.
